Schedule an appointment and drop off your machine. Based on product time may differ. Machines we service: *Cordless: -V6, V7, V8, V10, V11, V11 Outsize, **Omni-Glide **Corded (Upright): -Multi-floor, Multi-floor 2 (Yellow), Animal 2 (Purple), Animal Ball 2 Total Clean (Blue), Cinetic Big Ball (Animal + Allergy) Disclaimer: This will not void the warranty with Dyson *As long as you registered your vacuum there wouldn't be a problem (2 year warranty) **5 Year warranty with Dyson -If you haven't registered we are more than likely help you set up an account to get your machine registered.
